聞けばこの曲は一方向のHarry Stylesが中心となって書いた曲で，コード進行も凄腕の刺客のStyleと非常によく似ているのだとか。そういう意味で一種のアンサー・ソングと言えるかもしれません。
この曲ただの「振られ男の恨み節」に終始せず，情けない自分を笑い飛ばしている点にグッと来ました。特に「破局ソングのネタになるよな相手を探しているんなら，ベイビイ俺がうってつけ(And if you're looking for someone, To write your breakup songs about, Baby, I'm perfect)」の下り。ここまで書かれたら流石の私でも相手は凄腕の刺客だと考えざるを得ません。一方向，お見事です。
