ヴィデオを見ながらその中でSelena Gomezのやっている犯罪を特定しようとしてしまいました。アメリカの刑法には詳しくないのですが，不法侵入罪にあたることは間違いありませんしストーキングにも当たるかもしれません。ただここが日本で，ストーキング被害者ということになっている男性が，実は彼女のことを知っており，彼女のそういった行為を認めた上で理由もなく警察を呼んだとすれば，罪状は公務執行妨害になると思われます。
Watching the video below, I was busy in identifying crimes Selena Gomez was committing.  Although I don't know very much about the criminal law in the US, I'm sure trespassing would be one of her charges for sure and maybe stalking, too.  If it happened here in Japan, however, and the guy she's supposed to stalk knew who she was and allowed her what she's doing, and called the police for no reason, I think obstruction of official duties would be their charge.
