科学者によると人間は何かを思い出すたび，自分だけの現実に合うようにそれらを修正しているのだとか。そのため往々にして自分の記憶が他者のそれと食い違ったりします。
Scientists say every time we recall or reflect things, we edit and modify them to fit our own reality. It often causes a discrepancy between our own memories and others.

傷つき悲しんでいるこの主人公ですが，その現実は必ずしも「あの人」に見えているそれと同一なわけではありません。極端な話をすれば，主人公がただのストーカーで脳内で勝手に裏切られたと考えているだけなのかもしれません。
