一説によるとこの曲は社会主義者に立ち上がれと促すものだそうです。違うとは言いませんがただその点について個人的には微妙です。
Some people think this song is a socialist call to arm.  It could be but I'm a bit skeptical about it.

ロックと社会主義はあまり相性が良くないような気がするのですが。
