「夢追い人（dreamer）」という言葉には，その人間が夢を語るだけでそれを実現するための行動を起こさないという否定的な意味合いがあります。その反対は「リアリスト」「現実主義者」そして「実行者」でしょう。
A word "dreamer" has a negative connotation that the person only talks their dream but never takes an action to make it happen.  The opposite would be a realist, pragmatist and doer.

（余談）

実を言うと「Maybe I'm a dreamer」の下りを最初は「妄想ばっかりしているし」と訳していたのですが，それだとメンがヘラった感じになってしまい，切ないメロディとの違和感が大きすぎたので，そのまま「夢ばっかり見ているし」と訳し直しました。
