主人公は本当に相手が探しているその女性の居場所を知らないのでしょうか？実はちゃんと知っているものの，ただ知らないフリをしているように思えます。
Doesn't the narrator know the whereabout of the woman the second person is looking for?  I think they do and just pretend not.

（余談）

一見すると悪女タイプの女性に手を出して酷い目にあった主人公が次の犠牲者に警告しているようですが他の解釈もあり得ます。例えば，昔の裏切られた彼女が忘れられずヨリを戻そうとしたものの相手のその後の（色んな意味での）激変ぶりを知り「やめとこ・・・」と思い直す主人公というセンも考えられます。
