Love The Way You Lie エミネム ft. リアーナ(Eminem ft. Rihanna)

いわゆるラップというものは苦手なのですが、今年のグラミー賞でたまたま見た2人のパフォーマンスに、生まれて初めてエミネムの良さが分かったような気がしました。詞の内容も具体的かつ深く、ＤＶ加害者と被害者の間の歪んだ関係を表現しています。ヴィデオも詞の内容を鮮やかに描き出しています。余談ですが、このＰＶで描かれる炎の美しさに、古典でやった古今著聞集絵仏師義秀の話を思い出しました。
I am not a big fan of rap or hip hop music but I was literally "hooked" by the performance of Eminem and Rihanna at the 2011 Grammy Awards.  It was the first time in my life that I truly appreciated that kind of music.  The lyrics is so tangible and yet profound enough to portray an abusive relationship between an attacker and his victim of Domestic Violence and the music video vividly complements it.  I have to note here that the fire depicted in the video is extremely beautiful.  It reminds me of a story of a Japanese artist who let his family burn down in flames without helping them.
