1年前なら間違いなく取り上げられなかった曲です。ところで私は，以前は自分のことを「ことチュン＝（シャイ）」なヤツだと思っていましたし，この本館においでになる皆様もそう思ってくださったと思います。誓って言いますが，「ことチュン」であることは今も変わりありません。ただ皆様がそう思ってくださるかというと微妙です。
Keri HilsonやこのNicole Scherzingerのような美人でセクシーな女性には大変弱いので，美しくゴージャスな女性が山ほど登場し，激しくダンスしてくれるこのヴィデオを見ていると，まさに天国にいるような気になりますが，だからといって「ことチュン」でないという訳ではありませんから。
I'm sure I would have never picked up this song one year ago.  Before I considered myself a shy person and people who read my blog would have agreed with it.  I swear I still am but I'm not sure if they would believe it now.

（余談）

・・・・・強敵過ぎます。ええ本館史上最強のボスキャラです。よく最大の敵は自分自身だと申しますが，まさにその通り。一体どこまでがどこまでの意味なのか。こういう歌詞を和訳する時，あまりに弱腰になると消化不良になりますし，だからといってあまりに踏み込み過ぎてしまうと，己の邪な心を皆様に曝け出すことにもなりかねません。

歌詞を読んでいると，妄想は果てしなく広がるのですが，果たしてその妄想は正しい妄想であるのか，あるいは個人的なブースタがかかってしまい，実際以上の妄想をトッピングしてしまっているのかが判然とせず，ためにどのあたりで線を引くのかに大変苦労します。

しかも歌詞の内容の都合上，掛詞やメタファーが多用されており，それがまた一層ことを難しくしているような気がいたします。掛詞や押韻など，翻訳作業を行う過程で失われてしまう面白さなどをよくlost in translationなどと申しますが，さしずめこの曲などは最初から最後までがlost in translationと申せましょう。

したがって，なろうことなら皆様方お一人お一人の横で，ひとつひとつ解説して差し上げたいところですが，それは物理的にかないませんし，そもそもそれを求めておいでの方ばかりとも限りません。ただこういう曲は，敢えて言うなら「己の邪心」とのいわば「プレイ」なので，そういう意味で言えば，妄想はたくましくした方がある意味「プレイ」としては正しいのかもしれません。

・・・・それにしてもR&B界というダンジョンには，予想もしなかったような強力な敵が潜んでいます。果たしてこのダンジョンを無事抜けて，ゲームをクリアできる日は訪れるのでしょうか？
