この曲はいわゆる「プレイズ・ソング（ゴスペル）」というカテゴリに入るため，歌詞に登場する「愛」という言葉は，普通の恋愛やエロ関係ではなく，むしろ人類愛という意味でしょう。
I posted Extreme's More Than Words the day before yesterday. On the surface, what this song title implies seems to be quite contrary to More Than Words but they're actually quite similar. Both are about telling someone how you really feel.
Considering it's categorized as a song of praise (or gospel ) which is about God's love, it's safe to say the word 'love' mentioned here in the lyrics represents more philanthropic one rather than a romantic or physical one.

この歌詞の中に登場するこの部分：
There is a world in need with hungry souls to feed
このhungry souls to feedを文字通り「（食べ物がなく）飢えている人」ととるか「愛情に飢えている人」と取るかで，ここの訳が若干変わってくるような気がします。
一応ここでは，曲の性質を考慮して，より博愛主義的な前者の意味で取りましたが，曲の中で「はっきり自分の気持ちを伝えろ」と繰り返し言っているので，後者と取れないこともありません。仮にそうだとすると，この部分は「片思いしてるくらいなら打って出ろ」ということになると思われます。
それにしても，あちらではこういうジャンル（クリスチャン・ミュージック）が確立していることに毎回驚きます。仮に日本でこれをやろうとすれば，例えばExileが「般若心経」「華厳経」「大日経」などを歌うといった感じですが，それはなかなかに想像しにくいでしょう。
とはいうものの，日本でこの手の試みが全くないかというとそういうわけでもなく，実際に浄土真宗の現役僧侶2人が組んだ「TARIKI ECHO（他力回向）」というEDMユニットも存在します。
ルックス的には明らかにあのDaft Punkリスペクト。おそらく一奉請（いちぶじょう）というタイトルのこの曲も，彼らの音楽センスのせいなのか，それともお経自体のお蔭なのか，あるいはその両方なのか，聴いていると妙にリラックスしてきます。
