I posted her Ghost http://oyogetaiyakukun.blogspot.jp/2015/01/ghost-ella-henderson.html few months ago in which she's trying to break away from the ghost of her ex. In this song, the song title Mirror Man represents a person who loves nobody but himself. According to her, he is "the most self-centered man I've ever met" and he seems to live just by his own rule all the time. He doesn't care for other people and can spend a whole day just looking at himself in the mirror.

決して「あの人」のことを歌っているわけではないのは百も承知なのですが，タイトルを見た瞬間に爆笑してしまいました。（ついでに言ってしまうと，このタイトルだけで和訳を決意してしまいました。）
この曲のミラーマンは自分の姿を鏡に映して悦に入っていたようですが，日本のミラーマンが映していたのはどうやら別のものだったようです。
