Bye Bye Baby (Baby Goodbye) ザ・フォー・シーズンズ (The Four Seasons)

主人公はコーラスで「バイバイ」と繰り返しているものの，さほど落ち込んでいるようにも思えません。歌詞をよく見るまでは，これは片思いを歌った曲であり，主人公は振り向いてくれない相手に見切りをつけているのだと考えていましたが，実はそうではなく，すでに別に付き合っている相手がいるので彼女とは付き合えないと言っている模様です。
Although the narrator repeats "Bye bye" in chorus, he doesn't sound very depressed.  Before I took a closer look at the lyrics, I was somewhat convinced that the song's about an unrequisite love and he's leaving the second person just because she didn't love him back.  That's not the case this time.  He's telling the second person that they can't be together because he's already have someone.

・・・「フォー・シーズンズ」と聞くと「椿山荘」が頭に浮かぶのですが，曲の内容はそれとは対極に位置しているようです。
