（余談）
リードで好みの相手の話をしたのは，Shawn Mendesの曲を聞いていると，どうも彼が「薄井幸男」（因みに薄井幸代はLana Del Reyです）のような気がしてきたからです。なにしろ彼の曲に出てくる相手は揃いも揃って「薄井幸代」あるいは「波風辰代（なみかぜたつよ）」ときています。
例えばTreat You Betterの相手は「（暴力的な恋人に虐げられている）薄井幸代」であり，一方この曲やI Know What You Did Last SummerやStichesの相手は「（主人公を翻弄する）波風辰代です。
いっそこんな相手は止めてもっと「普通」の恋愛をしろと言いたくなりますが，リードでも述べたように，相手の好みは（特に男性の場合）一生涯変わらないそうなのでこれはこれで仕方ないのかもしれません。
