そうです。見間違いではありません。「今頃はサンタだって一人残らず楽しく過ごしている頃だ」の下りで「サンタだって一人残らず」と主人公は言っています。今までサンタ・クロースが2人以上いると思ったことはありませんでしたし，実際のところ，少なくとも公式にはサンタは1人と言うことになっています。
Yes, you see it right.   'Every Santa' the narrator says in the line "It's the time when every Santa has a ball".  I've never thought Santa Claus can be plural.  Actually, he's not, at least officially.
