①まずHookで「We heard "November Rain", That solo's really long, But it's a pretty song, We listened to it twice, Cause the DJ was asleep」となっている箇所が，Outroでは「You'll hear "November Rain", That solo's awfully long, But it's a good refrain, You'll listen to it twice, Cause the DJ is asleep」と少し変わっている点に注意が必要かもしれません。
②また「同じ曲（November Rain）を２回聞く」という下りをどう捉えるかでも解釈は大きく変わるように思われます。
まず①ですが，主語がHookでは「we」Outroでは「you」であることから見て，すでに人生において「同じ曲」を経験した人間（例えば親）が，これからそれを経験するであろう人間（子ども）に語っているように思われます。
ここで言う「同じ曲」はおそらく人生における経験のメタファーですが，それが「災害・病気・死などの不可抗力による苦難」であるか，あるいは「失恋や失敗などの己の行為の結果による苦難」であるかで「DJ」が誰を指しているのかも変わります。
これはあくまでも個人的な見解ですが，前者の場合の「DJ」はおそらく「神」あるいは「運命」であり，後者の場合のそれは主人公の「分別」や「常識」でしょう。
仮にそうだとするとこの曲の言わんとするところは，前者の場合には「思い通りにいかないことがあってもそれが人生というものなのだから仕方ない」であり，後者の場合は「ダメだ無駄だとわかっていてもやってしまうのが人間だがそれが悪いかというとそういうわけではない。それもひっくるめて人生の意味ではないか」だと思われます。
