（余談）
限界効用逓減の法則にしたがえば，どんな喜びや幸せも時間が経つにつれて減っていくものです。
件の老人にしてもそのまま長生きしていれば，当選金を狙う家族や親戚の争いを目にして悲しい思いをしたかもしれません。掌を返したようにすり寄ってくる人間を見て人間不信に陥ったかもしれません。
そう考えればそういったマイナスの影響を感じることもなく，宝くじに当選した喜びだけを噛みしめながら人生を終われたのはむしろ僥倖なのではないでしょうか？
