罪と犯罪を同じ意味で使うことは少なくありませんがふたつは同じものではありません。法律が犯罪を規定する一方で何が罪で何がそうでないかを決めるのは宗教です。

（余談）
犯罪とはその行為をすることで社会に多大な悪影響を及ぼすと考えられているものであり，その意味で言えば世の中の大半のことは（倫理的にどうかはさておき）犯罪にはならないものがほとんどです。
