まさにタイトル通りの内容でセックスについての曲であることは間違いありません。この曲について，一方向にいる時は，口にしてはいけないことに加え，歌詞の言葉も自分の望むように言えなかったとZayn本人がBillboardに説明していますが，歌詞を見ると当時の彼の不満がいかほどであったのかがわかります。
The title speaks for itself:  Yes, it's about sex, definitely.  About this song, Zayn himself explained to Billboard that when he was in One Direction, they're not allowed to say certain things, or word lyrics the way they would want to.  Reading the lyrics, you can see how much he was frustrated with that then.
