変わらないものはありません。子どもの頃はどうすることもできないと思って諦めていたことが，ある日気が付くとどうにかできるようになっていたり，場合によってはそのこと自体がすでに問題ではなくなっていたりします。それ自体が変わったせいかもしれませんが，同じように自分の方が成長してそれを受け止められるようになったからでもあるでしょう。
Nothing stays the same.  Sometimes we find things which felt so difficult and almost impossible for us to change or overcome when we're young are actually controllable now or completely gone.  Maybe because these things have changed themselves.  Probably we grew up to learn how to deal with them at the same time.

（余談）

タイトルの「roll with it」は，英語のイディオムで「心配しずぎずに，自分でできるだけのことをする」という意味です。無論ここでいう「roll」は「巻かれる」という意味ではなく，おそらく「転がる」という意味であると思われますが，日本語にも「長いものには巻かれろ」という表現があることを思うと，人間の感じるものは洋の東西を問わず同じなのかもしれません。
