Planet Claire ザ・ビー・フィフティー・ツース (The B-52's)

ダンス・ミュージックの目的は，当然ながら人を踊らせることなので，曲を書く側が，歌詞よりもビートとメロディの方に重点を置くのも無理からぬところです。ダンス・ポップの場合，歌詞にあまり意味がない場合も少なくありませんがこれがその理由です。
The purpose of dance music is to make people dance, of course.  So it's only natural for a song writer to focus mainly on the beat and melody rather than the lyrics.  So sometimes the lyrics of a dance pop doesn't make sense very much.
