Where has the second person been?  The narrator says they're looking for the person from Monday through Wednesday.  It means they're somewhere else for at least a couple of days.

（余談）

ただ歌詞を見る限り相手が「人間」だとは言っていないので，ひょっとすると「お前」は主人公のペットなのかもしれません。つまり：

ペット（犬でも猫でも）を飼い始めたことで孤独な主人公の生活は一変し，幸せに暮らしていたが，ある週末そのペットがどこかへ姿を消してしまった。交通事故なのかさらわれたのかと心配し週明けから仕事を休んでペットを探し回る主人公の元に，水曜の朝やっとそのペットが戻って来る，というストーリーです。

しかもこちらの方がやけに説得力があります。
