今アメリカにいてしばらくそこに住んでいるのであれば「こう言えばどんなヤツだかわかるだろ？(What does that say about me, that I)」という表現がどういう意味なのか理解するのにもさほど苦労しなかったと思いますが，実際には違うのでこの表現が一体いつどういう場面で使われるのかがわかるまで午前中いっぱいかかりました。
If I were in the States and lived there for a while, it wouldn't be that hard to get the meaning of the line "What does that say about me, that I could do you like I did" but I'm not.  It spent the whole morning to find out when and where the expression is used.
