歌詞に登場する相手は家族から虐待されているのでしょうか？「（人・体の部分が）あざだらけである（be black-and-blue）」という表現はしばしば人間が殴られて痣だらけになっている状態を指します。もしそうだとしたら大変悲しい曲です。
Does the second person has abusive family members?  A phrase, 'black and blue' often refers to that someone is beaten up and has bruises.  If so, this song sounds so sad.

（余談）

「子どもを虐待する親がいてその親が門限を破った子どもを罰する」・・・これが私の考えるこの曲の内容ですが，仮にそれが正しいとするとこれほど悲しい曲はないような気がします。
