End of Beginning ジョー (djo)

「始まりの終わり」と言うことで主人公は自分の人生の次の段階に差し掛かったことを言っているのでしょう。この場合はアーティスト（djo）の俳優としての経歴であると思われます。
I think the narrator is talking about moving onto the next stage of their lives by saying "the end of beginning".  In this case, it seems to refer to the artist's (djo) acting career.
