「公正な社会」などこの世には存在しないと思っています。そもそも何が「公正」なのでしょうか？

（余談）

人間はそれぞれが価値観という自分だけの宗教に基づいて生きています。お互いが別々の宗教で生きているのですから，人間関係に問題が生じるのは当然であり，仮にその問題を完全になくし「公正」を実現しようと思えば，全員が同じ宗教に基づいて同じ考え方をする他ありませんが，それは集団が大きくなればなるほど難しくなります。偏差が大きくなるからです。

だとすればこの主人公の言うように「精一杯頑張って，やれるだけやってるんなら，それでもう十分なんだ」が正解なのではないでしょうか？
