先日飛行機事故からただ一人生還した女性のインタヴューを聞きましたが，その瞬間瞬間を生き残ることだけに集中していた時には恐怖は全く感じなかったそうです。
The other day I heard an interview in which a person who survived alone in a fatal plane crash.  She said when she was focuing on just surviving the moment, she never felt fear.

（余談）

彼女曰く恐怖は計画を立てることで生まれる。何も期待せずあるがままに受け入れていれば恐怖はそこに存在しないんだとか。

確かにその通りなのかもしれません。
