いわゆる「推し」に対する気持ちはある意味「報われない恋」と言えなくもありませんが，ただこの場合には最初から「恋の成就」を期待していないという意味で「神への愛」に近いものがあるため，一般的な恋愛における「重荷」や「ストレス」というものを免れているのかもしれません。
