James Morrisonのtweetでこの曲に参加したことを知りましたが，最初はそれが本当なのか冗談なのか確信が持てませんでした。この2人にほとんど接点がないように思われたからですが，曲を聞いてみて完全に納得しました。James Morrison節が見られたからです。
I learned of this song through a tweet by James Morrison announcing his contribution to this song.  At first I wasn't sure if he meant it or just joking.  In my mind they're not even remotely connected.  Listening to it, however, now I'm fully convinced that he meant it.  I heard his signature in it.

（余談）

生物学的に言えば「人生の意味」は「自分の遺伝子を次の世代に伝えること」なので，そういう意味で言えば，ラヴ・ソングはそれに一役買っていると言えなくもない気がします。
