7 Rings アリアナ・グランデ (Ariana Grande)

メロディーについて言えば，1965年にアカデミー賞5部門を受賞した映画The Sound of Musicの中のMy Favorite Thingsとこの曲はかなり重なるものの，それぞれが言わんとするところはかなり異なります。
While this song shares a significant part of the tune with My Favorite Things featured in the film The Sound of Music which won 5 Academy Awards in 1965, the message they deliver are quite different.

（余談）

大雑把に言ってしまえば「どう？頑張ってアタシはここまで来たのよ」と言っているこの曲，個人的には先日取り上げた「thank u, next」と同じベクトル上にあるものの，すなわち過去の元彼に対する三行半のように思われます。

それはともかく，この曲で「アタシは持ってんの」と吹聴しているAriana Grandeですが，いやいや財産目録に大阪城や琵琶湖，果ては金閣寺まで並ぶ上沼恵美子に比べればまだまだです。
