When I was a teenager, I used to tell myself "it never gonna work" before I tried. It seemed a good idea and much easier for me to "prepare" myself for the worst case scenario which meant a miserable failure after spending so much effort and time on the project.

（余談）
当然のことながら何もせずに何かが成し遂げられる確率はほぼ0なので「戦績」は清々しいまでの「全敗」でしたが，にもかかわらず「やっぱりな」と当時の自分の「洞察力」に酔っていたのですから，今から思えば「天下無双のバカ」だったと言わざるを得ません。
