リードでグル―ヴの話をしたのは，数日前にこの曲のリリース40周年を記念して発表されたこのPrinceのデモ音源を聞き，そのグルーヴ感に圧倒されたからです。
お聞きになるとおわかりかと思いますが，とにかくこの音源「なにがどうとは言えないが何故か無暗に格好良」く，個人的には「グルーヴ」の定義に一番近いいわば「グルーヴの一番だし」状態と言えそうです。
