（余談）

クリスマスの面倒臭さについては，キリスト教の信者でない私が言うだけでは説得力がないのは当然ですが，海外の掲示板などを見ても，キリスト教を信じている（あるいはキリスト教圏に生まれてこれまで暮らして来た）人々もそのように考えているようです。

以前どこかで「キリスト教圏におけるクリスマスは日本におけるお正月であって，親戚縁者が集まるどこか堅苦しく面倒な行事である」と読んだ記憶があります。

曰く日本の正月同様，その日に向けてのプレゼント（おせち料理）の用意，来客に備えて家の掃除（大掃除），粗末なプレゼントを寄越す義理家族や親戚に対する憤懣等々と・・・確かに日本とさほど変わらないようでした。
