数年前"General" Larry Plattという人物がPants On The Groundという曲をアメリカン・アイドル第9シーズンのオーディションで歌い，瞬く間にYouTube上で話題の人になりました。このヴィデオに登場するJustin Bieberの衣装を見てその曲が頭から離れなくなったのはおそらく私一人ではないと思います。
Few years ago, a guy called "General" Larry Platt sang "Pants On The Ground" during the American Idol (season 9) auditions and immediately became a YouTube sensation.  Probably I'm not the only one who got the tune stuck in the head seeing Justin Bieber's outfit in the video.

あの衣装（腰パン）を見た時は「正統派」R&Bに違いないと睨んだのですが，どうしてどうして内容が夏休みの課題図書並みに大変清く正しかったため，若干当惑しております・・・・。
