「恋患い」という言葉をご存知でしょうか？勿論実際の病気ではなく，誰かを好きになることによって，熱っぽい，気分がすぐれない，食欲がない，急に気分が変わるなどのカゼの症状によく似たいくつかの症状が現れることを示す言葉です。
Have you ever heard of 'love sickness'?  It's not a real disease, of course.  It represents a group of symptoms which resemble that of flu like feverish, feeling unwell, loss of appetite or a sudden mood change caused by falling in love with someone.

（余談）

「ちょっとだけ「お薬」が貰えたら，アタシの熱も下がるはず，まるで火山になったみたいに，体が燃えて熱いから(A little bit of potion makes my fever go, Get it out of me me like a volcano)」という主人公ですが，一体どういう「お薬」なのか，個人的に大変気になります。
