Leaves ベン・アンド・ベン (Ben & Ben)

アイスクリーム好きからすると「Ben and」の次に来るのは「Jerry」でなければならないのですが，それはともかくここでは「木々の梢 (leaves)」という言葉は，前の関係が終わってしまった後の主人公と相手の新しい恋愛関係を表しているようです。
As an ice cream hound, to me what comes following words like "Ben and" should be 'Jerry'.  Anyway, here a word 'leaves' seems to represent a new relationship between the narrator and the second person after their previous one's dead.
