孔子曰く「 一番素晴らしいことは， 失敗を経験しないことではなく， 挫折の度に立ち上がることである。」転ばない（＝失敗しない）最良の方法は横になったまま動かないことですが，そんなことをしていれば何も出来ません。
Confucius said, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."  The best way to avoid falling is to lie down and never try to get up but it takes you nowhere.
