「彼は読書家だ（He reads a lot）」というように現在時制では三人称の動詞には「s」が必要なので，タイトルの「come」に「s」がついていないのを見て，これは「神よお守りください（"God keep me）」と同じように，主人公が「love」に「come down」しろと頼んでいるのだと思っていました。
In the present tense, any verb needs to add 's' to its end when the subject is the third person.  For example, "He reads a lot".  Seeing the verb 'come' in the title lacks 's', I assumed the narrator was asking their love to come down like "God keep me".
