** live in your big glass house　・・・　ガラスの家に住む人間は石を投げてはいけない（たたけばほこりの出る人間が他人を批判すると困ったことになる（People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. ）を踏まえた表現。その前にある「ああやってまるで石でも投げるみたいになんでいちいち当たってくんだ？（Why'd you throw them stones）」とつながる

（余談）

とはいうものの根本問題は全く解決していないので，しばらくするとまた同じことを繰り返します。いわば睡眠不足を解消するために出社前にエナジードリンクでカフェインを補給するようなもので，カフェインの効果が消えると猛烈な眠気（フラストレーション）が襲ってきます。

したがってそこから本当に抜け出したいなら，まずは睡眠（自己肯定感）を十分取ることが重要であるように思われます。
