It's not very surprising that in most songs the narrator or protagonist is a human or sometimes human-like creature like a vampire or a zombie. Even a music video such as Paradise (Coldplay) in which the protagonist appears as a stuffed animal, the narrator in the lyrics is supposed to be a human.

初めて耳にした時，子どもの歌のようだと思ったのですが，実際に元々そういったものであるようです。
今回この曲を取り上げたのは「Trump trump trump」の下りに引っかかったせいですが，ヴィデオに登場するあの「踊り」を見てその意味不明さに爆笑しつつ「まあいるよね，こういう一発屋のバンド。若い頃のいい思い出になっていいんじゃないの」と思っていました。
・・・が，Wikipediaを見たところ，このバンド今も現役です。
