宇宙を動いているのは「時間」ではなく，我々人間すなわち我々の「意識」の方であると考える人がいます。そういう人に言わせると，瞬間瞬間の「時間」の方はそのままそこに留まっていて，逆に人間の意識の方がその間を移動しているのだそうです。

（余談）
冒頭で渡り鳥と思われる描写がありますが，仮にこのまま温暖化が進むと，冬も暖かくなって鳥がわざわざ南の方へ移動する必要がなくなり，「渡り鳥」ならぬ「（渡る渡ると言うだけで実際には渡らない）騙り鳥（かたりどり）」になる日が来るかもしれません。
