ちょっとしたことが大きな違いを生むことがあります。イギリスでは仲間を自殺で失ったある友人グループが「Ask Twice」という運動を始めました。家族や友人に「Are you OK」と挨拶する際，もう一度「Are you OK（元気？）」と尋ねようという運動です。最初は「OK」と答えていても二度目に聞かれると実は違うと打ち明ける人も少なくないそうです。
A small thing can make a huge difference sometimes. In UK, a group of friends which lost a member to suicide started a campaign called, "Ask Twice." In the campaign they encourage people to ask their friends and family members, "Are you OK" twice. Many people who reply "OK" at first often opened up to tell them they're not the second time.
