「peach（桃）」という言葉は通常桃の木とその果実である桃を意味しますが，その一方で「特にかわいらしく感じの良い人物やもの」を表します。この曲で主人公は後者の意味でこの言葉を使っているようです。
While a word "peach" usually refers to a peach tree or their fruits, it also refers to " particularly admirable or pleasing person or thing."  In this song, the narrator seems to use the word for the latter.

（余談）

巷ではこの曲でJustin Bieberは自分の妻について語っていると言われていますが，気になるのが「I got peachES out in Georgia」と複数形になっている点です。仮にそれが妻であるならそこは当然peachと単数形であるべきで，にもかかわらず敢えて複数形になっているということは，この言葉が表しているのはそれ以外の複数形になりうるものなのでしょう。

ミュージック・ヴィデオを見る限り，個人的にはそれが「金」ではないかと思っています。
