Circus ブリトニー・スピアーズ (Britney Spears)

９月に彼女の新しいシングルが発売されるらしいのですが，そのタイトルがAll The Eyes On Meで，お気づきのように，この曲のコーラス（サビ）の部分と全く同じです。
この曲の歌詞については，これは彼女の人生を題材にしたものだと言われています。歌詞に登場する「相手を楽しませる人」は彼女自身を，そして「楽しませてもらう人」がパパラッチを表していて，サーカスという名の彼女の人生を動かしているのは彼女Britney Spearsだと言っているのだとか。確かにそうかもしれません。ただそのサーカス，過去にはひどい状態だったことが何度かあったような気がします。是非とも彼女にはもう一度「アタシの思い通りに」して欲しいですね。
She's going to release her new single in September and the title is "All The Eyes On Me".  As you see, that's identical with the first line of the chorus.
As for the lyrics,  people say it's about her life.  "The ones that entertain" represents herself and "the ones that observe" does paparazzi, saying she's the one who controls the circus or her life.  Maybe.  To me, however, her circus seems to have been too messy sometimes.  I strongly hope she's going to "call the shots" again.

（余談）

先日彼女のOooLa Laという曲のミュージック・ヴィデオを見たのですが，その芸風の変化に当惑しました。

アニメ映画の挿入歌なので仕方ないのかもしれませんが，なんというかよく言えば落ち着いている，有体に言ってしまえば「お母ちゃん」という感じだったからです。

実際に彼女にはお子さんも2人いるわけですし，見方によっては微笑ましいのですが，絶頂期の彼女を知っているだけに，あの「寸止めの危うさ」みたいなものが完全に消えてしまっていたのが多少ショックでした。

ただそれも「楽しませてもらう」側の勝手な気持ちですね。
