Bangaranga ダーラ (DARA)

「バンガランガって何？」とお考えでしょうか？私も疑問です。アーティストのDARAはこの言葉について特に何の定義もせず，ただブルガリアのKukeriというものから着想を得たと語っています。このKukeriというのは凝った衣装を着けたブルガリア男性のことで，悪霊を祓おうとする伝統的な儀式でそういった衣装を身に着けているようです。
Are you wondering what 'Bangaranga' means?  I'm wondering too.  Although DARA hasn't given any specific definition of it, she said she was inspired by the Bulgarian Kukeri which are elaborately costumed Bulgarian men.  They perform traditional rituals to scare away evil spirits.

この曲は2026年のEurovision Song Contestでブルガリアに史上初の優勝をもたらしました。タイトルの「バンガランガ」の意味はいまだに不明ですが，むしろわからないだけに圧倒されてしまいます。
