歌詞に登場する「アタシのつけてる口紅は首と同じで真っ赤なの」という下りは「田舎者（redneck）」と呼ばれることもある人々のことを指しています。これは「N****」と同じく蔑称なので外部の人間からそう言われると激怒する人もいますが，自分で自分をそう呼ぶ限りは問題ないようです。
A line " the shade of my lipstick matches my neck" of this song refers to those people sometimes called 'redneck'.  It a derogatory such as N word which sometimes infuriates them when they're called by others.  It's OK, however, they address themselves as such.
