この曲は当初歌詞の内容，正確に言うと「work」の意味がまったく掴めなかったため，数か月間，和訳するのを諦めてはまた考え直しの繰り返し。そのためしまいには冒頭の「頑張れよ (Work, work, work, work, work, work)」が自分に向けた言葉に聞こえてきました。

よく言えば前向き，考えようによっては「甘いんだよ」と言いたくなる歌詞ではありますが，UEFA EURO 2016の公式テーマと思えばそれも感動的に響きます。文脈の重要性を認識させられた1曲です。
最初にタイトルを見たときは「All Star」ではなく「All Stars」で，夜空の星でありメタファーとして普通の人々を表していると思っていましたが，実際には野球開幕中の中盤で開催されるオールスター戦に出場する選手のことでした。
