この曲に出会ったのは知らない別の曲を探していた時でした。唯一の手がかりはその曲に「head in a/the cloud」的な文言が含まれているということだけ。その曲なのかどうかを確かめるためだけに再生ボタンを押してみたところ，もう当の曲かどうかどうでもよくなりました。
I came across this song trying to find another song which I didn't know.  The only clue I had was the song contains a line like head in a cloud or the cloud.  I just hit the play button to make sure it's the song.  Now I don't care even if it's not.

（余談）

冷たいヤツと思われるのが怖くてなかなか言えませんが「どんな友達関係だって賞味期限がある（there's expiration dates on the friends you make）」はけだし名言であり，切れずに続いている関係（友達関係に限らずどんな人間関係でも）は単に賞味期限が長いだけに過ぎません。
