「宇宙服も着けないで月面に立って」というのは主人公が恋愛関係で相手に自分の弱みを見せるということのメタファーでしょう・・・というかそうであって欲しい。
I know it's a metaphor for being vulnerable in a relationship. The narrator says they're on the moon without their suit... Well I hope so.
