果たして「テント」が「住居」に該当するのかどうかは不明ですが，日常的にそこに住んでいるなら「住居」として認められる可能性も決して低くはなさそうなのでこの主人公は「住居侵入罪」そして場合によっては「準強制性交等罪」に問われる可能性が出てきます。
