このタイトルはどういう意味でしょう？主人公が現実との関係を断つという意味なのでしょうか？
What does the title mean?  Does it mean that the narrator is going to dissociate themselves from the reality?

（余談）

最初はThe Jamはイギリスのバンドなので「going underground」で地下鉄に乗るのかとも思いましたが，おそらくその場合は「taking the underground」と言うでしょうし，ブラスバンドの下りや80年代という時代を考えれば，当時イギリスで吹き荒れていた鉄道や製鉄，炭鉱などの国営事業合理化を歌ったものと考えるのが妥当なところでしょう。

炭鉱労働者なら文字通り「地下に潜り」ますからね。
