Wikipedia says Pay Money to My Pain was a Japanese alternative rock/metal band. Please note it's past tense. The band stopped playing on December 30, 2013 following the passing of the vocalist, K in the beginning of the year.

（余談）
英語の歌詞で日本のバンドと言えば真っ先に思いつくのがOne OK Rockですが，実はそれ以外にもこういうバンドも存在します。ただ来年2020年に小学校で英語が必修になることを考えれば，今後はこういったバンドが次々に出てくるのかもしれません。
